About me

Observing life with care. Sharing it through drawing.

I am a wildlife illustrator and animal artist based in the southwest of France. After many years without regular practice and as a completely self-taught artist, I decided to make drawing my main professional activity.

My work is rooted in careful observation of living beings, with a particular focus on wildlife and natural landscapes. Beyond the pleasure I take in drawing and the lifelong interest I have had in animals, I seek to reveal their life and beauty by depicting them in motion and inviting contemplation.

I draw by hand using very fine technical pens, working mainly in black and white. I pay close attention to conveying my perception of textures and details.

For several years now, I have also been exploring traditional printing processes, notably cyanotype, which I use to reproduce my drawings or to create prints from photographs on which I later draw with a white pen. In parallel, I experiment with making recycled paper, with the aim of mastering the entire creative process—from observation and drawing to printing on my own handmade supports.

I am always looking for unexpected projects that encourage research, whether documentary or technical, and that challenge me to carry them through to completion. My background also includes commissions for private individuals, professionals, and public and private institutions (tattoo designs, logos, invitations, illustrated story collections, animal portraits, wallpaper, etc.), as well as exhibitions and artist residencies.

I am excited about what comes next, and if you would like to be part of it, I would be delighted.
