About me

Observing life with care. Sharing it through drawing.

I am a visual artist and wildlife illustrator based in south-western France. After several years away from artistic practice and as a completely self-taught artist, I decided to make drawing my main professional activity.

My work is rooted in close observation of the living world, with a particular focus on wildlife and natural landscapes. Beyond the pleasure I find in drawing and my lifelong fascination with animals, I seek to convey their vitality and beauty by depicting them in motion, while inviting the viewer to pause and contemplate them.

I draw entirely by hand, using very fine technical pens, working primarily in black and white. I pay particular attention to capturing my perception of textures and intricate details.

For several years, I have also been exploring traditional and handmade printing techniques, particularly cyanotype. I use this process to reproduce my drawings or to create prints from photographs, which I then enhance by drawing over them with a white pen.

Alongside this, I experiment with making recycled paper, with the aim of gaining control over the entire creative process, from observing the natural world, to drawing, printing, and creating my own artistic supports.

I am always looking for surprising and stimulating projects that encourage me to carry out research, whether documentary or technical, and to embark on their realization in order to bring an idea to life and achieve a satisfying result.

I also offer cyanotype workshops on request.

I accept commissions from individuals, professionals, public and private institutions, and others (including drawings for tattoos, logos, invitations, illustrated story collections, animal portraits, wallpaper, and more) as well as exhibition projects and artist residencies.
